Audience Commentary: HHSC welcomes public comments regarding topics related to the PANSAC. Members of the public who wish to make public comments can choose from the following options:

Oral comments provided virtually: Members of the public must pre-register to provide virtual oral commentary during the meeting by completing a Public Response Registration Form at https://texashhsmeetings.org/PANSAC_PCReg_Nov2021 no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. on the Public Comments Registration Form and include your name, either the organization you represent or speak to as an individual, and your direct phone number. If you have completed the Public Comments Registration Form, you will receive an email the day before the meeting with instructions on how to provide virtual public comments. Public comment is limited to three minutes. Any speaker giving oral public remarks must ensure that his face is visible and his voice audible to the other participants as they speak. Each speaker must state his name and on whose behalf he is speaking (if anyone). If you pre-register to speak and would like to provide a handout before the meeting, please submit an electronic copy in accessible PDF format to be distributed by HHS personnel to PANSAC members and state personnel. Handouts are limited to two pages (paper size: 8.5″ by 11″, one side only). Handouts should be emailed to [email protected] immediately after pre-registration, but no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, with the name of the person who will comment. Do not include health information or other confidential information in your comments or handouts. Staff will not read handouts during the meeting, but handouts will be provided to PANSAC members and state personnel.

Written comments: Members of the public may submit written public comments by completing a public comment registration form at https://texashhsmeetings.org/PANSAC_PCReg_Nov2021. Any member of the public wishing to submit written public comments must email the comments to [email protected] by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. Please include your name and the organization you represent or speak to as a private individual. Written comments must be emailed to HHSC immediately after pre-registration and must include the name of the person who will be making a comment. Written comments are limited to two pages (paper size: 8.5″ by 11″, one side only). Do not include health or other confidential information in your comments. Staff will not read written comments aloud during the meeting, but comments will be provided to PANSAC members and state personnel.

Oral comments provided personally at the meeting venue: Members of the public may provide oral comments at the meeting venue during the meeting either by pre-registering using the form above or without pre-registering by filling out a form at the meeting room entrance. Do not include health or other confidential information in your comments.
